We have offered academic research conferences throughout the world, and online, focusing on the management disciplines for the past 18 years.

What We’ve Achieved

  • Live conferences throughout the world. Our past conferences have been held in London, Paris, Rome, San Francisco, South Lake Tahoe, North Lake Tahoe, Dijon, Lyon, Bordeaux, Las Vegas and Honolulu.

  • We publish two academic research journals: The Western Journal of Human Resource Management and the Journal of Business Management & Change.

  • We have run multiple student-oriented conferences in parallel to the main research conference.

  • We have supported the AACSB accreditation efforts of participating universities by providing publication opportunities for their faculty members.

  • We have created unique social experiences for our attendees including a beach-front welcome party in Honolulu, wine tasting experiences in Dijon and Bordeaux and penthouse welcome events in Las Vegas.

  • In response to COVID-19 we converted our conferences to 100% in 2020. Hopefully, we can return to live conferences soon..
